I have nearly fifteen years of
experience working in media and have
extensive international journalistic experience and exposure. I have
worked with various reputed international publications in UK and USA.
As a business journalist, I have covered and analyzed almost all
industry segments. I have written over 3,000 articles in more than 100
publications in five continents and edited and launched publications
in different categories.
A solid grounding in editorial apart, I have involved and played a
larger role in the management, marketing and spotting of additional
and auxiliary revenue streams for the publications I have been closely
involved with. My background and inclination has led me to follow and
imbibe as many aspects of the publishing industry as possible.
My strengths could prove to be a value-addition with innovative
marketing ideas gained by being getting right down there when needed,
in the market place. I also happened to develop strategies for a
variety of media. These include online, multimedia and television -
apart from print.
At present I am in India and have been contributing content/stories
(features, news analysis, market report and news feeds) to global
publications on a freelance basis. |
